Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return any unworn and unwashed items for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailing bag and include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
