Are Rains® products completely waterproof?
Yes, our products are designed to withstand moderate to heavy rainfall. We use a signature waterproof PU fabric with ultrasonically welded seams to ensure a water column pressure of at least 4000mm.
How should I clean and maintain my Rains® jacket?
We recommend using a damp cloth and mild soap for spot cleaning. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can damage the waterproof coating and integrity of the welded seams.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
Rains® ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How can I track my order status?
